I was able to enhance the texture of my 1st picture with lighting. My light source was placed above the shell to the right.

Yes i was able to get the texture i was aiming for with my light source. The light source made the items in photo shine. My light source was placed above to the right.

I do not think I was able to make my light source make the texture stand out. The light was placed in far back right above the item shown in my picture.
I like the pattern of the shells and the angle you took it in,I think that you could of added a little shadows on the last picture,but other than that your picture are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteBe careful with how contrasty you get. You start to lose detail when it's over done. Much better compositions in this project!
